Huila Rainforest
Huila, in southern Colombia, is known for high-elevation farms, volcanic soil, and steady rainfall. These conditions slow cherry development and help coffees build sweetness and balance in the cup.
Grown by smallholder farmers and traditionally washed, this coffee highlights clarity and natural sweetness. Castillo, a common Colombian varietal, contributes a clean structure with a chocolate-forward profile and gentle fruit character.
For this filter, we used the same Colombia greens from Golden Ticket, this time roasted quickly. In the cup, expect toffee-like sweetness, soft cherry brightness, and a chocolatey finish. An easy-drinking, versatile coffee that works well for pour over, French press, or AeroPress.
