Chiang Rai Natural
Mae Suai sits in the highlands of Chiang Rai in northern Thailand, where smallholder farmers grow coffee in a region more commonly associated with tea. Typica and Catuai varieties thrive at this level, producing coffees that are balanced and approachable.
This lot was processed naturally and roasted for filter brewing, bringing out sweetness while maintaining a clean, rounded profile.
In the cup, expect a gentle, tea-like character with soft raspberry notes, almond nuttiness, and a black tea finish. A smooth, easy-drinking coffee that works beautifully for pour-over at home.
