Hiring: Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator role in Yardstick is responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs across The Whole One Yard Inc. This role ensures all employees receive the appropriate onboarding, skills development, and competency training aligned with the company’s standards. The position will also support the development, updating, and documentation of the company’s Operations Manual, ensuring procedures are clear, standardized, and consistently implemented across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Training & Development

Assess training needs across departments in coordination with managers and department heads.

Design, organize, and implement training programs including:
- New hire onboarding
- Barista and café operations training
- Customer service and soft skills training
- Technical training for equipment handling

Refresher and upskilling programs
- Develop training materials such as modules, guides, presentations, and learning tools.
- Coordinate logistics such as schedules, participants, venues, and equipment.
- Facilitate or support in delivering training sessions where required.
- Track employee training attendance, progress, and completion records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update the training calendar.
Operations Manual Documentation Support
- Assist in the development, structuring, and documentation of the company-wide Operations Manual.
- Work with Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to gather SOPs and workflows.
- Convert operational processes into clear, well-documented guidelines and training references.
- Help standardize procedures across branches and departments.
- Ensure documentation is updated, organized, and easily accessible.

Support the rollout and communication of updated procedures to teams.
Coordination & Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with Department Heads, Area Managers, and Branch Leaders to identify training priorities.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new employees.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and development.

Prepare training-related reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years experience in training, learning & development, HR, or operations support (F&B or hospitality industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Adept in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in SOP writing or documentation is an advantage.
