Hiring: Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator role in Yardstick provides customer support for coffee equipment concerns, coordinates service scheduling and repairs, manages parts, inventory, and service records, and works closely with technicians, finance, and management to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Department: Technical Aftersales

Work Location: San Juan, Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers either online or through phone calls by answering
    the queries and give preliminary diagnosis to possible causes of reported defects
    of coffee equipment.
  • Help assess reported technical problems; determine proper solutions to resolve
    defects of equipment.
  • Give service quotation to client
  • Arrange schedule of service technician for the installation, maintenance and repair
    of machine and or preventive maintenance.
  • Coordinates and tracks the purchase of parts from the head office / branches.
  • Manages the maintenance of transaction records and the compilation of data on
    the use of equipment and services log report
  • Assign Service technician for diagnostics and repair
  • Works closely with the Service Technician for timely resolution of coffee machine
    concern
  • Facilitate parts and/or hardware repair needed
  • Document process thru Tarkie tasks reports for status reporting
  • Conducts weekly inventory of machine parts and ensure accuracy of inventory
    according to theoretical usage and physical counts
  • Reports unaccounted variance on parts to Finance and Aftersales Manager for
    immediate and necessary action
  • Builds positive relationships with customers. Coordinates to management any
    concerns that may affect client-supplier relationship
  • Updates record and coordinate to Finance on payment
  • Cooperatively works with others, meets deadlines and arrive at work regularly and
    on time
  • Takes care of the company assets and facilities
  • Participate in cost saving initiatives of the company
  • Strictly complies with all company policies, procedures, employee code of conduct,
    follows good hygiene and grooming standards, safety, health & environment
    programs, quality management system, etc.
  • Performs other tasks needed from time to time that may be required and as
    deemed necessary to achieve company objective

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering major in Electronics, Electrical or any similar role
  • Fresh graduate or minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in after-sales, customer support or coordination roles
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
  • Teamwork and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Keen to details
  • Familiarity with CRM software and client management practices.
  • Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive and create a positive experience for everyone
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
