Hiring: Liaison Officer
The Liaison Officer role in Yardstick supports daily administrative and liaison operations by assisting in client collections, document preparation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures timely handling of collection receipts, invoices, reports, and government-related documents, manages incoming and outgoing communications, and maintains organized records. The officer also upholds professional client relations, assists with clerical tasks, promotes cost-saving initiatives, and helps maintain cleanliness and order within office, production, and warehouse areas.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of Collection Receipts and/or Sales Invoices during client collection.
- Responsible for transporting documents, sending and receiving transmitted files with signed transmittal copy.
- Assist in preparation and filing of documents necessary for filing to government offices.
- In-charge of incoming and outgoing communications and documents
- Immediately submit all collection related reports to Finance
- Help in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the business center/office, production and warehouse areas
- Maintain polite and professional communication with client, superior, and peers
- Contribute in cost saving initiatives of the company to help reduce expenses

Job Specification/s:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Financial Management/Accounting, BSBA or related
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in liaising works
- With valid professional driver’s license
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Strategic and creative mindset
- Knowledgeable on logistics/distribution
- Keen to details
- Very Good planner
- Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactive and create a positive experience for everyone
