The Customer Information Representative role in Yardstick is responsible for ensuring the smooth customer interaction that answer and received all service-related concerns. This role also provides service reference code to clients and gets feedback for the

Department: Technical Aftersales

Work Location: San Juan, Manila

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log all service requests from clients and internal departments.
  • Register all service request and concerns and provide Job Order reference number
    to clients for record tracking.
  • Directly coordinates to Aftersales Manager or to Service coordinators for concerns
    that needs urgent attention.
  • Provides update support to client’s inquiry or follow up for the related service
    request which has been raised by them thru Job Order reference number.
  • Serve as the main contact point of all service request of all communication
    channel available (SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, Email).
  • Reports gathered customer feedback information to Aftersales Manager.
  • Other Tasks
    • Assist in continuous improvement of administrative and service coordination
      processes.
    • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Aftersales Manager.
    • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Atleast 1–2 years of experience in customer service operation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
