Varia Brewing – Philippines: Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
All orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns, except for items covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
This is due to handling and system costs with our logistics partners, payment processing, and fulfillment centers.
By proceeding with your order at checkout, you agree to these terms.
No changes can be made after placing your order, including:
- Shipping address changes
- Product color, model, or quantity updates
- Adding/removing items
- Canceling or combining multiple orders
- Refunds due to price changes or promotional offers
Please double-check your order details before checking out, especially during sales periods (e.g. holidays, payday sales).
Warranty Coverage
Your Varia product is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase for manufacturer defects only.
To qualify:
- Product must be purchased from us, The Whole One Yard Inc.
- Product must have all factory-standard parts
- Warranty is non-transferable
To file a claim:
- Send an email with your order receipt to our shop@yardstickcoffee.com and techsupport@yardstickcofee.com
- Product must be shipped back to our service center at the customer’s expense.
- If the defect is confirmed, the item will be replaced or repaired, and we will reimburse your shipping cost.
- If no defect is found, a service fee and return shipping will be charged.
For shipping damage claims, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Power-related damage (wrong voltage/adaptor)
- Unauthorized repairs or failure to maintain product
- Normal wear and tear
- Use outside the provided safety and user guidelines
Returns & Damaged Items
We do not accept returns unless your item qualifies under the warranty policy.
If you received a damaged product upon delivery, notify us immediately.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By ordering, you agree not to file a chargeback without contacting us first.
If a chargeback is filed in violation of this policy, you will be held responsible for any fees and shipping costs incurred.
Shipping Responsibilities
If a customer orders the wrong item, they are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches our service center.
Import duties or charges for returns may apply and are shouldered by the customer.
All sale or promo items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
