Hiring: Wholesale Coffee Sales Executive
The Wholesale Coffee Sales Executive at Yardstick drives new wholesale coffee business by prospecting, developing, and closing B2B partnerships across hospitality, food service, and corporate sectors. Focuses on pipeline generation, presentations and tastings, and converting prospects into long-term accounts.

Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development

Identify and acquire new wholesale partners across target segments including:
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Corporate offices
- Co-working spaces
- Commissaries
- Provincial cafés
- Other commercial food service channels
- Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and on-site visits.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Sales Presentation & Client Engagement
- Conduct coffee presentations, tastings, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate coffee programs and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers such as owners, purchasing managers, and operations heads.
3. Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
- Maintain an organized and updated pipeline of prospects.
- Track activities, deals, and opportunities in the company CRM system.
4. Proposal Preparation & Deal Closure
- Prepare commercial proposals including pricing, volume commitments, and supply agreements.
- Negotiate contract terms and close new wholesale partnerships.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval of agreements.
5. Account Handover & Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate with the account management team for onboarding of newly acquired clients.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales acquisition to operational servicing.
6. Sales Reporting & Market Insights
- Submit weekly pipeline and sales progress reports to the Wholesale Manager.
- Provide market insights, competitor activity, and potential channel opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for expanding the wholesale channel.
Ideal Candidates:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in acquiring new accounts.
- Experience in F&B, FMCG, hospitality, or food service industries is highly preferred.
