Hiring: Service Technician
The Service Technician is in charge of conducting general maintenance and repairs of coffee machine equipment for our internal and external clients.
Location(s): San Juan
Salary: PHP 17,000-20,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Manage all demos, set-up and installation with our client
- Conduct preventive maintenance of the machine
- Troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing of the coffee machine
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
- Provides service and customer support during field visits
- Give recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics and equipment specifications
- Coordinates with the Service Coordinator for works to be done and service quotation
- Facilitate parts and/or hardware repair based on service order
- Accomplish detailed service reports
- Document process thru Tarkie tasks reports for status monitoring
- Builds positive relationships with customers by providing quality customer service
- Cooperatively works with others, meets deadlines and arrive at work regularly and on time
- Takes care of the company assets and facilities
- Participate in cost saving initiatives of the company
- Strictly complies with all company policies, procedures, employee code of conduct, follows good hygiene and grooming standards, safety, health & environment programs, quality management system, etc.
- Performs other tasks needed from time to time that may be required and as deemed necessary to achieve company objective
- Graduate of any 4 year technical course
- With 4 to 5 years or work-related experience in the same service setting
- Knowledgeable in Coffee Machine troubleshooting and maintenance
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented

- Able to work in high level of stress environments
- Able to work on extended work hours, during holidays and peak season
