Hiring: Sales Administrator (DRiPP)
The DRiPP Sales Administrator at Yardstick ensures smooth sales operations by processing client orders, coordinating stock movement and replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory and sales records. The role works closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to support timely deliveries and consistent product availability, while also assisting with reporting, forecasting, and import coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Process client Purchase Orders accurately and coordinate with Finance for invoicing and payment confirmation.
- Track order status and ensure on-time fulfillment and delivery.
- Work with warehouse teams to manage stock transfers, showroom replenishments, and month-end inventory counts.
- Monitor stock levels and support the Sales team with data for sales reports and planning.
- Handle stock requests for showroom use, client tastings, and trainings.
- Keep organized records of orders, deliveries, and stock movements.
- Provide regular updates on order status, stock replenishment, and shipment timelines.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and President on costing, payment schedules, and import planning.
- Maintain clear communication across Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Ideal Candidates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, or supply chain support.
- Familiarity with warehouse processes and import documentation is a strong advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to accuracy.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
