Hiring: Growth Marketing Associate

The Growth Marketing role at Yardstick drives e-commerce sales, subscriptions, and new customer acquisition through social, email, and paid campaigns. You’ll manage customer inquiries, run experiments to optimize funnel performance, and work with the E-commerce Lead and partners to hit growth targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales, subscription and new user acquisition for our E-commerce channel via the following but not limited to social media, EDM, etc.
  • Respond to our Gorgias customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Improve content, targeting to ensure higher engagement and better user experience for existing and new users
  • Perform A/B testing and experiments to understand which tactics increase to funnel activity
  • Work closely with E-commerce lead to set sales and user acquisition goals
  • If we don’t have the expertise, liaise with Marketing and Paid Marketing (agency/outsourced) to launch paid marketing campaigns to hit growth targets
  • Take ownership of performance within your campaigns, analysing opportunities and implementing tests and optimisations
  • Ideate test ideas within your campaigns - landing pages, bid strategies, creative and ad copy and campaign types
  • Create replicable processes and playbooks to drive efficiency
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track key metrics
  • Communicate strategies, insights, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Complies with all other instructions as mandated by immediate superior and management

Ideal Candidates:

  • High School graduate or undergraduate
  • With minimum of 2-3 years of operation experience in Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopee and/or Shopify, order fulfillment and customer service
  • Excellent communication and community empathy skills.
  • Strategic thinker who is able to work across departments.
  • Willing to learn on the job to tackle new responsibilities. 
  • Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with good time-management skills.
