Hiring: Facility Technician
The Facility Technician role at Yardstick performs routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs across facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cold storage systems. The role responds to service requests, supports events and store operations, coordinates with vendors, and ensures compliance with safety standards while maintaining accurate service records.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC checks, lighting repairs, plumbing fixes, cold storage pms, AC pms and electrical inspections.
- Respond to service requests and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and report any issues or hazards.
- Assist in the setup, WOFEX event, relocation, or rearrangement of office furniture and equipment.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation on all sites needs to be service moreover service reports filing and job order receiving.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and building codes.
- Support external vendors and contractors during service or repair visits.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request restocking when needed.
- Participate in emergency response procedures, including fire drills or facility evacuations.
- Do roving maintenance on all operational stores.
Ideal Candidates:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a facility maintenance or technician role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to work on regular working schedules, evenings , overtime works or weekends as required.
- Act as safety personnel if needed.
