Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a digitally driven, growth-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead email, social, and e-commerce marketing across Yardstick Coffee and Standard Supply Studios. This person will plan and execute campaigns end-to-end, support both B2C and B2B initiatives, and work closely with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to drive sales, subscriptions, and new customer acquisition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce & Growth Marketing
    • Drive sales, subscriptions, and new user acquisition for YardstickCoffee.com through social media, EDM, website updates, and other digital channels.
    • Work closely with the E-commerce Lead to define monthly and quarterly sales and acquisition goals.
    • Improve content, customer targeting, and messaging to increase conversion and engagement.
    • Perform A/B tests and experiments to understand what improves funnel activity (ads, landing pages, emails, creative, etc.).
    • Take full ownership of campaign performance—analyzing opportunities, implementing optimizations, and iterating rapidly.
    • Ideate and test campaign tactics such as landing page variations, creative directions, ad copy, bid strategies, and campaign types.
    • Create replicable marketing workflows, processes, and playbooks to increase efficiency and reduce rework.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track growth metrics, including traffic, conversions, CAC, subscription data, and LTV.
    • Communicate strategies, insights, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Email Marketing (EDM)
    • Own end-to-end EDM execution using Klaviyo: planning → segmentation → copywriting → layout → scheduling → reporting.
    • Manage customer segmentation and list hygiene to ensure strong deliverability and relevant messaging across all audiences.
    • Build automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, winback, equipment flows).
    • Coordinate with Retail, Roastery, R&D, Wholesale, and SSS for accurate and timely EDM content.
    • Track email performance (open rate, CTR, revenue attribution, segment trends) and optimize based on insights.
  • Social Media Management
    • Lead content planning and build a cohesive content calendar for Yardstick Coffee and SSS.
    • Manage end-to-end posting, engagement, and basic community moderation.
    • Ensure content meets brand standards and supports growth goals (traffic, conversions, subscriptions).
    • Coordinate asset creation: photography, videography, design, and in-store content.
    • Improve tone, targeting, and content formats to increase engagement and customer acquisition.

  • Paid Ads Coordination
    • If certain skills are not available in-house, liaise with external agencies to launch and optimize paid campaigns for Meta and Google.
    • Provide the agency with briefs, creative assets, product information, and business goals.
    • Review paid performance reports regularly and flag improvements to align with growth targets.

  • Creative Support
    • Use Canva to create simple banners, social posts, announcement graphics, and email visuals.
    • Maintain and organize photo, video, and design asset libraries for reuse.
    • Support the production of content for campaigns, launches, and events.

  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Produce weekly and monthly reports covering social, email, e-commerce, and paid performance.
    • Maintain dashboards that track key KPIs: traffic, CAC, conversion, revenue, subscriptions, list growth, and more.
    • Present insights and recommended actions clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidates:

  • 2–5 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce, lifestyle, or F&B.
  • Comfortable with Klaviyo, Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva.
  • Strong written English; Tagalog a bonus.
  • Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and content.
  • Growth mindset, experimentation mindset, and ownership mentality.
