Hiring: Community Manager
We’re looking for a Community Manager to join our marketing team. You will work closely with our Head of Brand and Marketing and other department leads. Your day-to-day will involve being the ‘face’ of the brand in all our physical and digital activations and engagement initiatives. You are comfortable speaking to people, and you just happen to love coffee, as well.

Responsibilities:
- Engage the Yardstick and Standard Supply Studios communities through initiatives such as the Philippine AeroPress Championships, cupping sessions, workshops, and other community-led events.
- Build and lead the Studio Sessions workshops to drive awareness of the Standard Supply Studios showroom and engage the coffee community and enthusiasts
- Organize in-store and on-ground events that drive both customer engagement and revenue.
- Build and manage online communities (e.g. Telegram, social platforms) that foster conversations and deepen customer loyalty.
- Develop short- and long-term strategies to grow and engage communities for both brands, including the Yardstick Coffee Club and partner merchants.
- Drive partnerships with KOLs, influencers, industry leaders, and other collaborators to reach new audiences and strengthen brand presence
- Collaborate with the Head of Brand and Marketing to shape overall community strategy and identify new engagement opportunities.
- Track and report on key KPIs to measure the success of events, campaigns, and community initiatives.
Ideal Candidates:
- Deep understanding, interest and experience in community building (offline and online), with at least 2 years of experience.
- Comfortable using social media platforms to drive engagement.
- Able to adapt to the on-demand nature of digital events, which may include work during the weekends and weeknights.
- Coffee knowledge or interest is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and community empathy skills.
- Strategic thinker who is able to work across departments.
- Willing to learn on the job to tackle new responsibilities.
- Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with good time-management skills.
