Where can I place an order?
You can shop online at store.yardstickcoffee.com. Our cafes also carry beans and merchandise, but please note that seasonal promotions and discounts are only available online unless otherwise stated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and GCash. Please note that we do not accept cash or cash on delivery (COD) for online purchases.
Can I order machines online?
Yes! Machines available for purchase can be found at store.yardstickcoffee.com. We accept credit/debit cards and GCash. Metrobank credit card holders enjoy a 3-month installment plan. Cash payments are not accepted.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where is my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received one, feel free to reach out to us at shop@yardstickcoffee.com or message us on Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery within Metro Manila, 7 days a week. Orders must be placed before 4 PM to qualify.
Is there a cut-off time for same-day delivery?
Yes, the cut-off time is 4 PM daily.
What is the delivery timeline?

Provincial Areas: 4–14 business days
Please allow extra time for deliveries to Visayas and Mindanao.
Ordering a machine?
For domestic machine purchases made online, please note that shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer. The cost is calculated based on the weight of the item and the distance to your delivery address.
Rest assured, we'll make sure your machine gets to you safe and sound!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer overseas shipping.
🔄 Issues With Orders
I received the wrong item. Can I request an exchange?
Absolutely—our apologies for the mix-up. Kindly send us a photo of the item and reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
My item arrived damaged. Can I request a refund or replacement?
We’re very sorry to hear that. Please send us photos of the damaged item so we can investigate and resolve it quickly:

Coffee beans, milk, or merch: If the item was damaged in transit, we’ll send a replacement. Unfortunately, we can’t replace items damaged after opening.

Machines or gear: We’ll escalate the issue to our tech team. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll process your refund.

Can you grind the beans for me?
Of course! Just select your preferred grind size from the dropdown menu when ordering.
Do you offer discounts or promos?
Yes! We offer seasonal promotions. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know. You can also join our Yardstick Coffee Club for exclusive discounts.

Absolutely — we love furry friends! 🐶🐱 Feel free to bring your dogs or cats along. Just make sure they’re on a leash, wearing diapers, and are calm and respectful of other guests so everyone can have a great time. We can’t wait to meet your adorable companions!
Do you offer Wi-Fi and sockets?

Wi-Fi: Our Wi-Fi is dedicated to in-store operations (POS and Spotify), so it may not be available for public use.
