  • How to brew my coffee?
    • Depending on how what you'll use to brew your coffee, we have some suggested recipes here
  • Do you have beans available in the cafe for purchase?
    • Yes we do have some stock of our regular blends, seasonal coffees, and a limited assortment of equipment in our cafe's and coffee bars
  • Do you sell espresso machines?
    • We carry La Marzocco and Rocket Espresso Machines here in the Philippines.
    • We have a few home espresso machines and grinders available here

  • When do you roast?
    • Our coffee roaster ships coffee to our cafe and online store on a weekly basis in order to get you the freshest beans

    • What's your return and exchange policy?
      • Warranties
        • All of our products are covered under individual manufacturer warranties.
        • If a product you’ve purchased from us stops working due to a manufacturer defect, please let us know by getting in touch to hello[at]yardstickcoffee.com, and we will work with you to determine your warranty coverage.
        • Warranties do not apply to any coffee products, glass or ceramic items or parts, or defect arising from a buyer or user’s misuse of the product, negligence, lack of descaling, or failure to follow product instructions.
      • Exchanges & Returns
        • Our exchange and return policy will apply on a case by case basis. Items that are to be exchanged or returned, will require a proof of purchase within 5 days of purchase, the complete packaging that the item came with, and a valid reason. Please write to hello@yardstickcoffee.com.

          • Same-day shipping (NCR) - Delivers on the same-day as the order. Cut-off is 4pm.
          • Local Delivery (NCR+) - Takes 2 - 5 business days
          • Provincial Delivery - Takes 4 - 14+ business days
        • Machine Orders:
          • NCR - takes 1 -2 days for processing and for dispatch
          • Outside NCR - may take 2 - 3 weeks
          • How do i get free shippingFree Shipping is available for Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, & Cavite Orders over P1000. Max 5kg Orders.
    • Where is my order confirmation?
      • The order confirmation is sent to the email address used to create the order when your payment goes through. Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from shop@yardstickcoffee.com
    • What do I do if I received an incorrect, incomplete, or damaged order?
      • Please reach out to us Facebook/Instagram-@yardstickcoffee or via email-hello@yardstickcoffee.com. Let us know your order number and what your concern is and a team member will reachout to assist you.
  • Can I have my coffee pre-ground?
    • Yes just select the grind size you want when you're ordering your beans
    • ex. Whole beans, Home Espresso - Fine, Aeropress - Medium Course
  • Why is my bag of coffee opened with a sticker seal?
    • Don't worry! The coffee is still fresh but it's just ground to your order. Our roasters seals our beans before passing it on to our online store team. Right before dispatching, our online store team then grinds the beans based on your selection.
  • What is the best way to store my coffee?
    • Your beans should be good in the coffee bag it comes in as long as you try to reseal it properly. To go the extra mile, you can also place it in an opaque air-tight container
  • How long is your coffee good for?
    • Your coffee is best consumed up to 45-60 days after the roast date
  • Do you sell decaf coffee?
    • We have our All-day Decaf available seasonally in YardstickCoffee.com
  • Do you have light, medium and dark roasts?
    • Majority of our beans are medium to dark roast. You can reach out to our team members via Facebook, Instagram, or Email in case you want to ask about a specific coffee
  • What is the difference between a blend and single origin?
    • A coffee is a single origin if it comes from a single farm or cooperative while a blend combines beans from different countries and locations. Our roasters try to bring our the best flavor for both.
  • What do you mean by Secret Stash?
    • Secret Stash are our limited release coffees. These coffees are not your occasional coffee. They're a treat to the senses.
  • What machines are your capsules compatible with?
    • Our capsules are compatible the following Nespresso® machines: Essenza Mini | Inissia | Pixie | Latissima One. They are also compatible with the Morning Machine
  • Can I add a note with with orderYes you can add a note?
    • Yes you can! Please add it in the Order Notes field in the cart page before you checkout your order
  • I need help with ordering coffee. How do I contact you?

Subscription

  • How do subscriptions work?
    • Subscriptions ensure you never run out and don't have to worry about remembering to order. With a subscription, monthly payments and deliveries are automatic so it's super easy.
  • How do I subscribe?
    • Select a subscription here
  • Can I pause my subscription?
    • Need to skip a subscription for a month? Just go to the email of the subscription order you want to skip and click the “Skip” button on the bottom of that email.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    • Yes, you can cancel your subscription by clicking the “Cancel” button in your subscription emails 
    • Once you’ve successfully canceled your subscription, we’ll still send any deliveries that you’ve already paid.
    • When cancelling your YCC membership, return your card to the cafe and receive a cup of the brew of the day
  • How can I pay?
    • For credit/debit card payments, your account will automatically get charged each month and you won't have to do anything. Bank transfer will be processed once you proceed with the payment flow each month. You will get an email 3 days before you will be charged for card payments to notify you of the billing summary while you will get an email reminder to proceed with payment for bank transfers.
  • Can I trust you with my card details?
    • Your payment details are encrypted and stored by top payment technology providers. We do not have access to any of your payment details. The only information we have is the payment method you've selected.

      • The Yardstick Coffee Club is a coffee club, like no other. It’s 8 years in the making - and we decided to formalize something that our community has already been participating in, to further grow the community and also reward Club members. The YCC (for short) is a monthly subscription program giving you ways to interact with the community, our team and enjoy some rewards while doing so.

    • How do I participate in YCC’s rewards program?
        • Make sure to order using the email address that will receive the perks
      • Step 2: Wait for your Membership email
        • You will be notified when you have been added to the club (may take 24-48 hours) 
      • Step 3: Login to your account in YardstickCoffee.com
        • Login using the email that you used to order YCC
  • How can I earn points?
    • You can earn points by completing actions listed in the earn points tab (ex. placing orders, following us on social media, etc.) For example, you earn 700 points when you order a 250g bag of Golden Ticket*
  • How can I claim my YCC points?
    • It’s very simple and straightforward. Login, click on the “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of all discounts you can redeem your points for. So you can greatly boost your savings.
  • How do I redeem cafe or in-store perks?
    • Just show your YCC membership card and our cafe team will handle the rest.
    • Don’t have your YCC card yet? We can give it to you the next time you pass by the cafe!
  • I want to subscribe to coffee beans. Do I get that with a YCC membership?
    • Coffee and Milk Subscribers comes with YCC memberships built-in. As YCC members, Coffee and Milk subscribers also get first dibs and a discount on our coffees.
    • If you brew espresso at home, you may subscribe to our Golden Ticket or Blender Bender subscription plans. 
  • I want to unsubscribe from my YCC membership. What should I do?
    • Yes, you can cancel your subscription by clicking the “Cancel” button in your subscription emails 
    • Once you’ve successfully canceled your subscription, we’ll still send any deliveries that you’ve already paid.
    • When cancelling your YCC membership, return your card to the cafe and receive a free coffee on us as a good-bye gift

    • To start, we have two subscription programs:
      • Subscribe to a monthly delivery of 250g Golden Ticket whole bean or 1kg Golden Ticket whole bean
      • Subscribe to Blender Bender which is 1x 250 Golden Ticket whole bean plus 1x 250g seasonal Single Origin Espresso or Blend
  • When will I receive my order? 
    • Monthly subscribers of Coffee or Milk Subscriptions should expect their order to be dispatched on the next business day with a 3-5 business day shipping time for NCR+ orders
