Sourcing Philosophy: Our green coffee sourcing is about sharing. We want you to experience what got us here in the first place - the inherent sweetness & brightness of specialty-grade coffee. We wish for you to discover that perfect coffee that suits your own unique palate.
Roast On Demand: Every batch of coffee that we deliver to wholesale partners is roasted on demand. This means that you get the freshest coffees to serve your daily customers. Look for the roast date on each bag of coffee and they are best consumed within 30-45 days.
Flagship Blends: For our wholesale partners, we offer our flagship blends throughout the year. Each blend was designed to have a unique and consistent flavor profile. Since day one, we have been transparent about the composition of each blend to ensure the quality and uniqueness of our offerings.
Seasonal Coffees: Every four months, we offer a range of seasonal coffees for filter or espresso. This allows us to share a variety of coffees for you to discover and enjoy. Our seasonal coffees gives us the chance to showcase rare and fascinating coffees from our sourcing partners.
Quality Assurance: All roasts are logged via software for consistency. After each production roast, we cup each batch to ensure that it meets our internal standards. We have an in-house certified Q-Graders to keep everything in check.
Diedrich Roaster: We roast all coffees on a Diedrich IR-5 roaster. The infrared burner and its airflow design gives us the adequate control to roast the coffees and develop them to highlight their nuances.
