Q: What is Class Pass?
A: Class Pass is a subscription platform for lifestyle, fitness, and now food & beverage.Classpass clients can order on Yardstick using their credits on ClassPass.
Q: What cafes are included in ClassPass?
A: For now, Classpass is available for Yardstick Rockwell, Salcedo, and Podium only.
Q: What can I order in ClassPass?
A: The following drinks are available to order on the app: Americano, Flat White, Oat Latte, Vanilla Latte, Matcha Latte, and TWG Tea. All drinks are available hot or iced.
Q: I want to personalize my drink. Can I change it?
A: Yes, you may. However, any additional items on your Classpass order must be paid
separately.
Q: Can I order a different item that isn’t on the menu?
A: Yes, you can. You can pay for it separately in the cafe.
Q: Can I claim my drink earlier than the time I placed my order?
A: You can. However, the cafe has the discretion to serve your drink when you arrive. The cafe retains the right to prioritize walk-in orders.
Q: Can someone claim my order on my behalf?
A: Our Team needs to verify your order before release. Please present the order
confirmation page to our team. Once confirmed, our team will prepare your order.
Q: What happens if I don’t claim my order on time?
A: The cafe allows you to claim your drink within two hours. If you do not claim your order within this timeframe, the cafe will automatically mark your order(s) as ‘missed’ or ‘no-show’.
Q: If I can't claim my drink on time or my order date, can I claim it on a different date?
A: You can only collect your order on the date specified. Please place another order if you cannot arrive on time.
