Learning how to make coffee is one thing. Applying what you have learned in a busy café setting and making sure you are still producing good coffee every cup is what separates a seasoned barista from the rest. “Workflow Management” is a hands-on session to simulate real world working conditions. The course will look into preparing beverages while maintaining quality, cleanliness and productivity.
