Sitio Belis sits atop the Cordillera mountain range with an elevation of 1,400 - 1,700 MASL in Atok, Benguet. It is blessed with natural springs that flow all-year round and is home to vegetable and coffee growers. Working with Kalsada Coffee, we are able to bring this washed hybrid varietal to our coffee roster. Garnica is a hybrid varietal that turns orange when ripe, as opposed to having a red hue. 

FLAVOR NOTES: In the cup, we taste Nougat, Orange Peel & Molasses. It is best brewed using a Pour Over, Aeropress, or Batch Brew.
