The “Recipe Design” course takes off where “Espresso Fundamentals” left. This course teaches espresso flavor manipulation using dosage and grind size, temperature and extraction time. Participants also get to explore the effects of water type and age of coffee in extraction. Multiple guided tastings will be conducted during the course, therefore participants should be prepared to consume a lot of coffee.
