The temperate climate of the Risalralda region gives this coffee a very structured flavor profile, good for everyday drinking.

FLAVOR NOTES: In the cup, we taste Red Apple, Sugarcane, Caramel.  It is best brewed using a Pour Over, Aeropress, or Batch Brew.
