Brewing: Foundation is an internationally certified and recognized module under the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE).
Brewing: Foundation introduces the beginner to the different ways of brewing coffee, from Chemex and siphon to clever dripper and French press. No previous barista experience is required for this course. The Foundation level covers the following topics:
The module fee includes the SCAE Brewing: Foundation certification exam. Our trainers are authorized under the SCAE.
