We can ship within the Philippines for all coffees and merchandise. Some machines and equipment will require additional shipping arrangements. Free shipping for anything about P2000.
For international shipping, please get in touch with us via email@example.com. Kindly inform us of your location and the products you wish to order.
Along with your shipment, we will send you the relevant tracking number. You should be receiving your ordered goods within a week for Metro Manila, and within 2 weeks for outside of Metro Manila.
Payment must be made via PayPal (Credit Card), Bank Transfer or DragonPay (other methods) before we ship out the orders.
Returns & Exchanges
All brewing merchandise are inspected prior to shipping, hence the item(s) delivered are not refundable unless there are serious faults that were undetected by visual inspection. Unfortunately, roasted coffees shipped out cannot be returned/exchanged. We also cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address was provided during the purchase.
