FLAVOR NOTES: With this coffee, we taste Cocoa Powder, Demerara Sugar, Green Apple. It is best brewed using a Pour Over or the Aeropress.

Most of the coffee coming from Papua New Guinea (PNG) is grown by smallholder producers in what they call "coffee gardens" together with leguminous trees which provide cover for the coffee.

The coffee was called Virgin Mountain due to its unique and special location. Coffee trees line the hinterlands separating the Kamano/Kafe people and the Gadzup communities.
