Our 13th Secret Stash coffee for 2021. Every 2 weeks, we'll be dropping a new Secret Stash coffee for you to brew at home.

This coffee was grown by Luz Mila at Finca El Oasis. The coffee beans were exposed to a dry anaerobic fermentation for 30 hours when tartaric acid and cinnamon were added. 

FLAVOR NOTES: With this coffee, we taste Apple, Cinnamon and Honey. It is best brewed using a the SteepShot or  Pour Over.
