Our 12th Secret Stash coffee for 2021. Every 2 weeks, we'll be dropping a new Secret Stash coffee for you to brew at home.

This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to use only the ripest cherries. Cherries were fermented for 24 hours with the pulp on, later pulped and dry fermented for 30 hours. 

FLAVOR NOTES: With this coffee, we taste Honey, Pear & Prune. It is best brewed using a the SteepShot, Pour Over or the Varia Brewer.
