Brazil Altilina Lacerda
Altilina's family have been producing coffee for several generations. She now works in the coffee plantation with her husband, two children and relatives. In 2002, when her coffee was awarded in a regional contest, Altilina and her family realized the potential of their farm. Since then, they started to invest in production refinement.
Today, only the perfect ripe cherries are picked to produce the best quality coffees. The best lots are drying in greenhouses on raised beds to improve even further it’s quality.
Altinola has her own coffee shop, where she roasts and tastes all the coffees she serves.

It is best brewed using a Pour Over or Aeropress.
