For this season's single origin coffee, we're featuring the La Joyeria from Colombia. Hailing from the Santa Barbara Estate, this coffee is what we enjoy most about Colombian coffee - juicy, balanced and clean. Apart from its farming practices, the owners, the Echavarria family, take care of the well-being of their workers by paying above minimum wage and providing scholarships to their children. With its unique micro-climate and meticulous farm-level processing, the La Joyeria is a coffee to enjoy everyday of the week.
Wit this coffee, we taste Poached Pear, Macadamia Nuts & Bittersweet Chocolate. It is best brewed using a Pour Over or the AeroPress.
