Known as the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia is provided with coffee for export from around 1.1 million farmers. This specific coffee is from a private wet mill in the local community of Dumerso in Yirgacheffe. The coffee are hand picked by the farmers and their families and separated into levels of quality. The 15 day drying process is again time for sorting of defects. Dumerso is famous for its delicate floral and fruit brightness in the cup.
Wit this coffee, we taste Earl Grey Tea, Honey & Melon. It is best brewed using a Pour Over or the AeroPress.
