Say hello to All-Day Breakfast, our seasonal organic decaf. We're proud to be the first to roast and share specialty-grade decaf in the Philippines. This season, we're featuring a coffee from Santa Marta, Colombia. The Tayronaca was processed using the C02 Decaf method - where the C02 acts as the solvent to dissolve and draw the caffeine from the beans. It acts selectively on the caffeine, leaving all the desired flavors in the coffee beans which we roast.
