Sitio Belis sits atop a mountain range in Benguet, Philippines with an elevation of 1400 – 1700 meters above sea level. This community has been cultivating coffee since the end of WWII and while sayote is their primary crop, they expanded their backyard coffee plantation when buyers came looking for supply.
On the sunnier side of the mountain slope of Sitio Belis, we have focused on natural processed coffees. The farmers have called the little cluster of area there Naguey where we work with 10 smallholder farmer households to produce those Naguey Naturals.
FLAVOR NOTES: With this coffee, we taste Green Apple, Honey Dew, Sugar Cane. It is best brewed using a Pour Over or the Aeropress.
